This shows my 2003 batch of Dandelion Wine getting started.  Basically, this involves picking a lot of dandelions, pulling all the petals off, then proceeding as usual for a flower type wine.  It's not as hard as it probably sounds.  I used about 3 quarts of dandelion petals per 1 U.S. gallon of water.  I won't post any recipes here, since there are so many good ones already posted.  Check out Jack Keller's Winemaking Home Page for an extensive collection of 30 dandelion wine recipes.
